The Anger Management Program is a 12-week designed to help you develop healthy ways to manage angry emotions and feelings. I provide a supportive place where you can learn healthy and constructive ways to release your emotions. The anger management program can address specific types of anger problems to helps to reduce and control angry feelings.
The program uses methods such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other proven techniques to help you better manage angry feelings.
