RECOGNISING REJECTION SENSITIVITY DYSPHORIA (RSD) IN THE LIVES OF AUTISTIC INDIVIDUALS
It's been quite a while since the production of this book began, and I am now pleased to announce that the launch date will be 1st October 2024.
This book explores the impact of rejection sensitivity dysphoria on neurodiverse individuals and highlights a critical aspect of mental health that often remains overlooked. Rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD) is characterised by extreme emotional pain in response to perceived rejection or criticism, and it can significantly affect the lives of those who are neurodiverse, including individuals with ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and other conditions.
This book is written to support the reader, including partners, parents, caregivers, and support workers, in expanding their awareness of this condition and how it manifests at all ages. It also explores many different approaches that can be effective in reducing the condition's effects.
